SECTION 1 – CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All returns must be authorised by Us prior to their return.

All Goods or Services sold by Us come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The ACL provides you with rights that the Goods or Services must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose and description. The Australian Consumer Law (contained in a schedule to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) creates a set of guarantees for consumers who acquire Goods or Services from Us, importers or manufacturers. These include: You are entitled to have an exchange or refund for a major failure and you are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or other suitable remedies if the Goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Beagle Express Pty Ltd and the manufacturer automatically provides guarantees for all Goods or Services We sell. The consumer guarantees automatically apply regardless of any voluntary or extended warranty given by Us of Goods or Services, or if such a warranty has expired. These rules set out the circumstances under which We is required to provide a consumer with remedy. This website’s warranties listed are manufacturer’s voluntary warranty, however, it does not exclude from Australia Consumer Law. We, under ACL will provide a consumer with remedy in relation to all Goods or Services sold. The clauses on this website are not intended to be excluded or limit any rights which may have under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010

 

SECTION 2 – REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

SECTION 3 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 4 – SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@beagleexpress.com.au

 

SECTION 6 – GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING

To return your product, you will be required mail your product to Us.  We will advise the return address once a return has been authorised.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and until such time as we have received the item all risk for the shipment shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
